Privacy
How we keep your data hidden until you choose to share it.
Hidden by default
Your personal data, current employer and contact details are never shown on your profile. Companies see what you can do - never who you are.
You decide when to share your data
When a company wants to talk, you choose whether to share your data. You can say no, or simply not reply - the company is never told why.
Deleting your account
When you delete your account we remove your profile and your data. Some basic records are kept to prevent fraud.
